Rosehip + Rye (previously Russian Revels) was founded in 2011 as a supper club, event organisers and caterers in London.

What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you enquire, register with or place an order for our products and services. We collect and store accounting information for the purpose of invoicing and to monitor and improve our products and services. We also collect information when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletter or provide feedback. 

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to respond to an enquiry, process your order, manage your account. Also, if you sign up to receive our newsletter, which we normally send out no more than once a month, we will email you with details of our products and services. You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. The easiest way is to unsubscribe from a receiving the newsletter.

If you pay by credit card online we do not store your details and the payment processing is conducted by a third party gateway provider.

As a general rule we will never pass on or sell your information to any third party companies.

If you provide feedback we may use this to promote our business in the form of a testimonial. This could be displayed on the website, social media or sent to someone in an email. We would only use your first name, and never use your full name, address or telephone number – unless we have specifically agreed that you would be happy to disclose more details.


Access to your information, correction and right to erasure
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal or company information please email us.
